The next step is an in-home visit, which will be scheduled during your introductory call. This visit typically lasts about an hour, and it's important all decision-makers to be present. During this time, we will gather all the essential information needed to provide you with a detailed estimate and project plan. We look forward to collaborating you and ensuring a smooth process!

The initial proposal is now open for your review. Please feel free to ask any questions for clarification. This is also the perfect opportunity to suggest any changes. Adjustments made at the beginning of the project are more easily incorporated. 

Once you have reviewed for latest proposal and are satisfied with the terms you may move forward with scheduling. Each project requires a deposit to schedule the project. This deposit is typically a percentage of the total project cost and determined by the project scope. This secures your project start date and will kick-off the pre-construction phase

In this phase we will finalize all design elements, execute all necessary permits and begin material sourcing. At this point it is critical that designs and project scope is finalized. Any change orders after this point may have significant impact on project cost and timeline. 

Our skilled crew will kick off the project with any necessary demolition or excavation at the site. While the area is being prepared, we will coordinate material deliveries to align with the project timeline. Finally, we will ensure that all construction and finishing work is completed efficiently and within the agreed scope of work. 

The work is complete and your satisfaction is our highest priority. We will schedule a final walk through with you to review all completed work and ensure that we have exceeded all expectations. All work includes a 1-year warranty. Any defects that are a result of workmanship will be covered within this period.
